These Terms & Conditions govern your use of My Sport Club, a sports tournament, ranking, and event organization app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use Of The App

You may use My Sport Club to organize players, rankings, team assignments, tournaments, matches, scores, prize wheels, and related sports activities. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the app in a lawful and respectful way.

No Official Sports Ruling

The app helps organize sports activities, but it is not an official referee, governing body, scoring authority, medical advisor, or safety service. Match results, eligibility, rules, tie breakers, and tournament decisions remain the responsibility of the organizer and participants.

User Content

You keep ownership of names, photos, scores, tournament data, prize templates, and other content you add to the app. You must have the right to use any names, images, or other content you add.

Paid Features

The app may offer a one-time full access purchase that unlocks additional capacity or features. Purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play. Store terms, payment processing, taxes, refunds, and purchase restoration are controlled by the platform where you made the purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to violate laws, harass others, enter content you do not have permission to use, attempt to reverse engineer paid access, interfere with app operation, or misuse support channels.

Availability And Changes

We may update, improve, remove, or change app features over time. We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where permitted by law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, tournament disputes, missed events, injury, or losses arising from your use of the app.
