Helpful details to include
Tell us your device model, operating system version, app version, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are useful when a tournament, match, or purchase screen behaves unexpectedly.
Purchase help
Use the Restore button in the app first. If the issue continues, contact us and include the platform where you purchased full access. Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Privacy and data
Your sports data is stored locally on your device. You can delete records inside the app where deletion controls are available or remove app data by deleting the app.
