My Sport Club, also shown in parts of the app as My Sports Team, is designed as a local-first sports tournament manager. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Information You Add To The App

You may choose to enter player names, skill levels, rankings, achievements, tournament details, team assignments, match scores, lucky wheel sessions, prize templates, and spin history. You may also choose photos from your device or take photos for avatars or prize templates.

How Information Is Stored

The app stores tournament, player, match, ranking, lucky wheel, purchase entitlement, and selected image data locally on your device using app storage. We do not operate a user account system for this app and we do not run a cloud database for your sports data.

Camera And Photo Library Access

Camera and photo library access are optional. They are used only when you choose to create or update an image inside the app. Images selected or captured for the app are stored in the app’s local storage on your device.

Purchases

My Sport Club may offer a one-time full access purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. We receive purchase entitlement status needed to unlock paid features. Payment information is handled by the relevant app store under its own privacy practices.

Data We Do Not Sell

We do not sell your personal information. Based on the current app design, we do not use third-party advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or analytics services to profile users.

Support Communications

If you email support, we will receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and issue description. We use that information to respond to your request and improve the app.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete players, tournaments, lucky wheel sessions, prize templates, and related records inside the app where deletion controls are available. You can also remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device. To request help, contact support@miastudio.store.

Children

The app is intended for general sports organization and is not directed to children. If a parent, guardian, coach, or organizer enters information about younger players, they are responsible for having the proper permission to do so.

International Users

The app can be used in different countries. Support emails may be processed where our support provider or team operates. By contacting us, you understand that your message may be handled outside your country or region.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
